The Mental Health Association provides information and referrals to community resources for persons living with mental illness, their families and service providers. Through this website and via telephone individuals may access information about services and providers throughout Suffolk County.

Call us at (631) 226-3900. When your call is received, MHAS staff and/or volunteers conduct a brief assessment on your needs and link you to an appropriate community resource. When needed, you may be provided with additional advocacy through direct phone calls to other service providers to arrange for appropriate services.
DIRECTORY OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
MHAS also makes available to providers and consumers a Directory of Mental Health Services in Suffolk County. This directory includes information on hospitals, case management, housing, clinics, day-treatment programs and support groups. The cost of the Directory is $10 for a printed version that will be mailed to you, and $5 for a digital version that will be emailed to you. (Note: You may also search the Community Resource Database on the website without charge.)
Ordering a Directory from the Mental Health Association in Suffolk County is quick and safe. Our security features ensure that the information you send will be inaccessible to anyone but the MHAS Administration.
